Kosova update 2

Hello everyone
On Friday Tony and Jennifer decorated a widow's house; Seb worked at the school and Sue visited 2 widows and a kindergarten. Today we all went to a widow's house that has been set up as a museum. This afternoon we visited a local beauty spot--Tony and Seb braved the cold water for a swim--Jennifer and Sue observed!.
You may have heard on the news about trouble in Kosova. This is a long way from us, in the north and we are fine here. See you all soon.

Kosova update

We have all been out to the school at Fortesa today. All activities today were based on the story of feeding the 5000. Over 120 children today. Seb did outdoor games: Sue, indoor games. Jennifer & Tony made mobiles in one of the crafts groups. Between us we feel like we'd drawn and cut out 5000 fish in preparation!

Kosova update

Hello everyone--a brief update....
Large group of us here--over 20---Girls Brigaders, a large group from Huddersfield and ourselves--beginning to feel like a team now.
Day 1 (Tuesday) Sue went visiting widows--saw 3 ladies, all of whom had sad stories to share. Tony, Seb and Jeniifer went to Fortese school--about 100 children but had a good, if noisy, time!
Day 2 All of us were at the school--more children so more noise but good fun. Even hotter today so had an ice cream stop on the way back! Off to prepare for tomorrow's activities now.See you all soon.
